Dennis, the owner, was easy to communicate with and explained the process clearly before the work started. The installers arrived on time, protected the floors and furniture, and removed the old windows without making a mess. They made sure each window opened and closed smoothly, sealed everything properly, and cleaned up before leaving. The new windows look much better, and the rooms already feel quieter with less cold air coming through. We live in Passaic for more than 20 years. Our siding drywall installation was handled by Star Windows Doors & Siding, and they made an amazing job of everything during that process. The workers were very professional in what they did and kept everything very clean. Dennis was always in touch with us. We could not see any dust particle anywhere after they finished working on the siding.

Dennis and his team did a beautiful job on our house. Out of all of the companies we called in the area he was the easiest to work with and worth the investment. You can tell he cares about his work and wants to help.
We reached out because our home had drafts everywhere, as it still had the original 50+ year-old windows. Dennis and his team replaced 23 windows in just one day–we were impressed! I can already feel the difference in temperature inside the house, and I’m sure it’ll reflect in our energy bills too.

The reason for the replacement of a number of our old windows was that we noticed that our upstairs rooms were becoming too hot compared to the other parts of the house, and one of our windows would hardly open at all. The owner himself came to explain the process, and he made sure not to push any sales on us that we did not require. The team arrived on time and did a professional job of cleaning up afterwards.
